Meet Our Staff

Our staff have been involved with the CRC for many years, and they bring with them an incredible ability to lead, inspire and care for those in need.

Our Team

Ryan Braam

Ryan Braam began serving as lead pastor in the fall of 2015. He has a deep love for Jesus and has a passion for equipping people to follow Jesus as he strives to follow Jesus. He loves digging deep into nuances of the Bible and uncovering how its truth applies to us today. As a father of five and husband of one, he is discovering first hand the magnitude of our heavenly Father's love for us. Ryan loves the outdoors and experiencing the natural beauty of God's creation. He always welcomes an opportunity to meet people and hear their stories.

Jesse Dykxhoorn

Pastor of Education

Jesse recently joined the Fellowship CRC staff team as the Pastor Of Education. Jesse has a very diverse background that includes time working and volunteering in a number of different communities. His ministry experience includes time spent running Sports Outreach programs, working as a chaplain at a Men's Homeless Shelter, Youth Group ministry, and  Children's Ministry in Nepal and India to name a few. Jesse is passionate about seeing people step into their calling and discover who they are in Jesus Christ. In his spare time, he can be found playing or watching sports, making music, manning the BBQ or chasing after his two very energetic children alongside his wife. Jesse is excited about joining the Brighton community, and looks forward to meeting and connecting with you!

Monica Macgregor

Office Administrator

Monica began working in the Fellowship office in 1998.  You will likely meet her if you call, drop in or email.  She does a lot of behind the scene things to help the Fellowship office run smoothly.   Feel free to contact her with any administrative or church related questions you may have.

Winnie Visser

Congregational Life Director

Congregational Care at Fellowship is multi-faceted.  We hope to strengthen congregational care through small group ministry, through good communication, through Intergenerational ministry and through a healthy model of care.  Congregational Care also looks to reach out and enfold its members in a way that connects the congregation to its greater community here in Brighton.  It is my desire to empower people to look after one another well.  As I work closely with the Pastors, Elders and Deacons, many people in crisis and chronic care situations are visited.  I am very grateful to be able to serve this congregation in this role.  As we work together we become the hands and feet of Christ to one another.
